HB 1534, titled AN ACT Relating to protecting public health and safety by enhancing the regulation of tobacco products, alternative nicotine products, and vapor products, has been passed by the House Committee on Consumer Protection & Business. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
