SB 5099, titled AN ACT Relating to protecting the public from gun violence by establishing additional requirements for the business operations of licensed firearms dealers, has been passed by the Senate Committee on Law & Justice. The Office of
Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
