The Disability Inclusion Network (DIN) WANTS your input!
This data is used to help the DIN create resources and opportunities to improve the employment experience of people with disabilities working for the State of Washington.
Survey results are shared with the Office of Financial Management, Results Washington, The Governor's Committee on Disability Issues and Employment, the Governor's Office, and more to help inform policy, procedures, and practices.
All responses are anonymous unless you chose to give us your name.
You do not have to have a disability to fill out this survey.
All questions are optional, you can answer one, none, or all. Please feel free to add any additional information in the “other” boxes.
