Special Delivery: Last Call for Mentors!

Don't miss the opportunity to be a HAPPEN Mentor!

HAPPEN mentor applications are closing soon and we need more mentors - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

We will provide training and together with your mentee, design your own co-journey. It is a chance for you to share your knowledge, skills, and network, as well as learn from your mentee.

This 9-month mentorship program will run September - May and promotes ANHPI leadership, personal and professional development, and cultural connections through peer to peer mentorship across state agencies. This year we will have mentors sign up first, and then open up sign ups for mentees (people who want to be mentored by others) in August.

The Hawaiians, Asians, and Pacific Islanders Promoting an Empowering Network (HAPPEN) Business Resource Group exists to improve lives by increasing Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (ANHPI) representation in leadership and general state employment and advocating for policies that promote anti-racism, equity, inclusion, diversity, and belonging in the workplace. We work to build a culture of inclusion and belonging that gives voice to the ANHPI experience.
