UPDATE: The 10 year analysis for HB 2369, titled AN ACT Relating to creating a permit to authorize the consumption of liquor by members of private clubs in restricted areas of certain premises otherwise open to the general public, has been completed.
The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
