UPDATE: The 10 year analysis for HB 1725, titled AN ACT Relating to increased access to insulin for individuals under the age of 21, has been completed. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Section 1 (2) discusses a dosage-based assessment for insulin provided through the program. However, because the service costs of this program are indeterminate, the cash receipts from the assessments are also indeterminate.
