OCO Negotiated Outcomes Report on Retaliation

The Office of the Corrections Ombuds is pleased to publish our Retaliation: Negotiated Outcomes Report. This report reflects work initiated by current and former OCO staff and includes negotiated outcomes obtained in 2021, updates to DOC 100.500- Non Discrimination for Individuals published in April 2022, and continues the conversation about unresolved concerns the OCO has with the DOC resolution program.
We look forward to sharing more OCO Negotiated Outcomes and Special Reports with you very soon, as well as, continuing to publish our Monthly Outcome Reports. A copy of this negotiated outcomes report can be found on the OCO website here, attached to this email, and will be distributed throughout the DOC facilities, including in all law libraries.
