The purpose of a coordinated entry system is to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, and connected to housing and homeless assistance based on their strengths and needs. Coordinated entry processes help communities prioritize interventions based on vulnerability and severity of housing and service needs to ensure that people who need assistance the most receive it in a timely manner. Coordinated entry systems incorporate a system-wide housing first approach, utilize standardized tools, and uniform prioritization and referral processes to determine and secure the most appropriate response to each household's immediate and long-term housing needs. Coordinated entry processes also provide information about service needs and gaps to help communities plan their assistance and identify needed resources. The CEA Referral & Operations Specialist is part of a team responsible for providing oversight of the referral functions and operations of community driven continuous improvement processes of King County's Coordinated Entry for All. This role will be responsible for facilitating CEA case conferencing, referring households experiencing homelessness to available homeless housing and service resources based on CEA policies and procedures, regular communication with people experiencing homelessness and King County housing and service providers, operationalizing system enhancements, and providing leadership in stakeholder meetings for CEA. A successful CEA ROS is a skilled facilitator who excels at identifying homeless system improvements and implementing solutions based on-the-ground operationalization of CEA policies and procedures.

Cultural Resource Specialist/ Archaeologist (Program Specialist 5) / Project, , Olympia, WA, PLIA

The Cultural Resources Specialist (Archaeologist) is responsible for review, preparation, and administration of the agency’s cultural resources compliance process. Responsibilities include conducting background research for regulatory compliance requirements; technical lead for the agency’s consultation process; preparing documents to support consultation with the state’s Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and Native American tribes; effectively communicating with all consulting parties; reviewing consultant scopes of work; reviewing and evaluating surveys and site assessments; provide section leads with project support for cultural resources issues; providing expert advice and technical information to facilitate project delivery.  Position duties will include conducting site visits and offsite meetings. Our Employment Readiness Specialist positions provide job readiness training to CYYADS participants and plan, develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate trainings and participant preparation. Work includes assisting youth and young adults identify career interests, develop resumes and cover letters, understand how to complete applications, interview and more. These are highly skilled instructional positions, which work as a part of the CYYADS Employment Services team and report to the Employment Services Manager.

This position will oversee and drive project planning and management related to the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN), an integrated care network of over 40 behavioral health agencies.  As well as align and manage multiple and intersecting work streams to reach work plan milestones, including but not limited to internal operational functions as well as initiatives advanced by KCICN governance committees and processes.

 We are looking for a special mix of deep experience in the technology of financial fraud detection and prevention as well as in the professional disciplines of product management and customer experience. You may also assist with implementing new business processes.
