SB 5022, titled AN ACT Relating to the management of certain materials to support recycling and waste and litter reduction, has been passed by the Senate Committee on Environment, Energy & Technology. The Office of Financial Management has identified
this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
