HB 2133, titled AN ACT Relating to the Washington state explosives act, 10 year analysis complete.

The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:


This bill changes from a three year period to a one year period. L&I anticipates changing the renewal fee from $32 every three years to $12 annually. This will have a minimal impact on cash receipts.
