The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

This proposed legislation has no impact to the WSDA.

Section 5(b) allows the Board to set an additional fee to cover the expenses incurred by the Board in reviewing an event plan and approving the fairground endorsement, but it is assumed the Board would not charge this fee.
