The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

The payment plan establishment fee in Section 2 is collected by the Administrative Office of the Court, not the Department of Licensing.

 

 

Indeterminate. It is unknown how many persons would be eligible, apply, and/or participate in the consolidated payment program. Further, it is unknown at this time whether the AOC would contract with an outside entity for administration of the program or would develop and administer the program internally.
