E2SSB 5438, titled AN ACT Relating to establishing the office of agricultural and seasonal workforce services within the employment security department, has been passed by the House Committee on Labor & Workplace Standards. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

The Department of Health does not collect a fee or any revenues; therefore, there is no fiscal impact to the Department of Health.

L&I will not have cash receipts or fee impacts for this bill.
