This bill would revise the current $20 legislative assessment, directing $10.50 to be deposited as follows: $6.50 (previously $8.00) to the General Fund and $4.00 to the Driver Licensing Technology Support Account. This would result in a reduction of revenue to the General Fund and an increase to the newly created Driver Licensing Technology Account.

This bill would add a $2.00 assessment to each traffic infraction that would be deposited into the newly created Driver Licensing Technology Support Account.
