HB 2015, titled AN ACT Relating to providing funding for the Washington state library-archives building and operations of library and archives facilities, has been passed by the House Committee on Capital Budget. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

Department of Enterprise Services anticipates that all cash receipts will be received by the Secretary of State's office.

Section 2. (2) State that installment payments for the financing contract shall be fully supported using fees and other revenue collected by the Secretary of State. The Office of the State Treasurer will not collect the cash receipts.
