The Department of Health will not collect the revenue, the revenue will be collected by the Department of Revenue.

This bill adds to the definition of products deemed to be "other tobacco products" (OTP), to include products containing nicotine, and vapor products, increasing the scope of products subject to the 95% OTP tax rate.

The Department of Revenue (DOR) is responsible for collecting the tax on OTP and vapor products, so there is no tax revenue to the Board.
