The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

This proposed legislation does not change any fees or revenue collected by DOL on behalf of DOR.  However, it does change distribution of certain revenue related to sales and use tax from the Multimodal Transportation Account (218) to the Motor Vehicle Fund (108).
