No fees or taxes are collected by the department as a result of this bill. The Department of Licensing will report any cash receipts impacts, as well as the additional revenue for the Capital Vessel Replacement account, on their fiscal note for this bill.

No fiscal impact to the Washington State Patrol as the increase in fees are for services from the Department of Licensing, county auditors, and vehicle subagents.
