The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

The proposed legislation creates a single vehicle license for a motorcycle to operate as a motorcycle or as a Snow Bike.  It is not known how many individuals might opt to convert a motorcycle to a Snow Bike and register the vehicle under this new vehicle type.
