HB 2919, titled AN ACT Relating to family cemeteries, has been introduced in the House of Representatives. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

The funeral and cemetery board may charge an individual submitting a map document for a family cemetery a fee of not more than twenty-five dollars for each submission of a map document.
