SSB 6489, titled AN ACT Relating to changing the baseball stadium based special license plate, has been passed by the Senate Committee on Transportation. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

DISTRIBUTION ONLY IMPACT --- This proposed legislation changes the specialty plate account revenue distribution of existing Baseball Stadium special plates from the General Fund (001) to a new Academic, Mentoring and Innovation Grant Account.
