The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Ten-year projection:

This bill increases the filing fee for each initiative to the people or initiative to the Legislature to $500. This is expected to decrease the total number of filings by an unknown amount; therefore, the total 10-year cost to fee payers is indeterminate.
