The Washington State Gambling Commission is replacing its legacy software systems which will have impact on access to MyAccount. This impact will specifically affect the time period that house-banked cardrooms can access the Self-Exclusion list. MyAccount will be turned off on at midnight on April 30th, to replace the legacy system. MyAccount will be available again on May 11th at 8 a.m. PST.
All house-banked cardrooms will need to access the Self-Exclusion list on April 30th, before midnight to obtain the most current list. During this transition period, this is the Self-Exclusion list that will be used.
Gambling Commission and house-banked cardroom staff will continue to assist patrons by enrolling them into the Self-Exclusion program during this time. However, patrons need to be informed that they will not be included on the Self-Exclusion list until the updated list is available on May 11th.
Gambling Commission staff will continue to accept and process Self-Exclusion removal forms during this time. However, these enrollees will not be removed from the list until it is available on May 11th. Gambling Commission staff will explain this process to any person removing themselves from the list during this time.
