Washington State Gambling Commission IT Modernization Feedback Request

The Washington State Gambling Commission is in the discovery phase of our IT modernization project. This project will include our My Account online service you use to complete applications, make payments, and submit documents.
We are currently gathering information for this project and would appreciate your help. We would like to know about how you currently use My Account, what works well, and suggestions you have for improvement. We are not asking for feedback about Secure Access Washington (SAW), because it is a system controlled by the State of Washington, we cannot make any changes to SAW.
