IT Solutions has resolved two issues for eJAS. Specific problem fixes are summarized in this newsletter.
The following changes were effective 12/02/2021:
Due to compatibility issues with Microsoft Edge, eJAS only allowed up to 80 characters in the Required Activities box on the WorkFirst Participation Verification Form. Changes were made to allow up to the maximum number of characters.
A situation was corrected where eJAS only allowed up to 60 characters in the text boxes on the Time Limit Extension Review, question #4 and #5. It now allows up to 7500 characters on question #4 and up to 1000 characters on question #5.
