Program Fee Overview
Program participants must pay an annual fee to cover the cost of administering the Clean Fuel Standard (CFS). Fees are based on the estimated annual program budget, and participants will receive an invoice each year.
All fees must be paid within 30 days of receiving an invoice.

Invoicing
Invoices will be sent between July and September. All invoices must be paid within 30 days using Ecology’s online payment system.
CCM Participation 2026
Ecology is announcing that a credit clearance market for 2025 reporting will occur. Important notes
- Pledged credits can’t be sold elsewhere during the CCM period.
- The maximum credit price for the 2026 CCM is $259.26
- Any pledged credits not sold at the end of the CCM will be returned to sellers.
The CCM starts June 1, 2025, and ends July 31, 2025.
