Eligible Project Categories

• Level 3 (DCFC) Full Public Access                          
• Level 3 (DCFC) Public Agency Light Duty Fleet charging 
• Level 2 Full Public Access, Government Owned Property
• Level 2 Full Public Access, Non-Government Owned Property            
• Level 2 Residential Multi-Unit Dwelling            
• Level 2 Workplace charging
• Level 2 Fleet charging

Eligible Applicants

• Businesses 
• Non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations
• Public organizations
• Tribal governments

Funds Available

$2 million available for Level 2 charging stations and $6 million available for Level 3 charging stations across Washington

• Grants will offer up to $10,000 per plug for Level 2, and up to $150,000 per station for Level 3. 
• Qualifying projects may be eligible for up to 100% of projects costs. More information in guidelines. 

Project Period

Level 2 projects must be completed by June 30, 2028.

Level 3 (DCFC) projects must be completed by June 30, 2029.
