December 2025 E-Cycle Washington Collections Report

Dear Washington Recycles Electronics Subscribers,
In December 2025, the E-Cycle Washington program collected 909,594 pounds of TVs, computers and monitors for recycling, raising the collection total to 12.69 million pounds (6,344 tons) for 2025. That figure is 152,165 pounds (1.19%) less than the total volume collected in 2024.
In Western Washington, where 78.5% of the state’s population lives, the per capita recycling rate was 1.71 pounds. Eastern Washington, with 21.5% of the population, recycled 1.04 pounds per capita. The statewide per capita for recycling electronics covered by E-Cycle WA in 2025 was 1.56 pounds.
