This is the first of several public meetings we will hold throughout the summer to gather input on the topics of the rulemaking, which you can learn about on our Cap-and-Invest linkage rulemaking webpage.  A first draft of the rule language will be shared prior to this meeting. Your early input will help us as we continue to work on drafting rule language.

Additionally, we are accepting written feedback from June 3, 2024 at 5:00 PM through September 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM through the Cap-and-Invest rulemaking informal comment period webpage.

Another public meeting about the environmental justice impacts of carbon market linkage is scheduled for July 22. Registration information for this meeting will be available soon.
