Help Support Smooth Transitions from School to Adult Life - Your Voice Matters!
The Transition Collaborative wants to hear your recommendations for how to help students with Individual Education Plans move from school to adult life. Your recommendations will help shape a plan due to the Legislature this coming October, as requested under Senate Bill 5253.
Listening sessions are scheduled March through April. Everyone must register for this event. Please follow the registration link for the session that applies to you:
