Medical Action Protocol Templates
DSHS’ Developmental Disabilities Community Services has developed medical action protocol templates to support residential providers who are serving people with certain medical needs. These templates are optional but can help staff understand a person’s medical needs and the plan that should be followed in order to keep the person safe.
