Rate Increases for Waiver Services Providers July 11, 2025 |

During the 2025 legislative session, the Legislature approved rate increases for the following waiver services, effective July 1, 2025:

Community Engagement: 10% Increase.

Life Skills: 3% Increase.

Peer Mentoring: 10% Increase.

Respite:
- Adult Day Setting (Adult Day Care): 15%.
- Respite in Community Settings: 15%.
- Respite in a Licensed Settings for Adults (Adult Residential Care and Enhanced Adult Residential Care): 83%.
- Staffed Residential Home (Licensed Staff Residential): 15%.
