Correction: Provider Rate Increase July 1, 2025 June 20, 2025 |

Effective July 1, 2025, the Legislature approved a 2% rate increase for DDCS (formerly DDA) community residential service providers, including:
- Alternative Living.
- Companion Home.
- Group Home.
- Group Training Home.
- Staffed Residential Home.
- Supported Living (including Community Protection).
For SL, GH, and GTH, the increase will cover the assessed daily rate except for:
- Administrative Cost Center.
- Certification Rate.
- Professional Services (administrative costs).
For Staff Residential Homes, the increase is based on the assessed rate except for:
- Administrative Cost Center, including damage allowance and transportation.
- Community Inclusion.
- Consultant costs.
