DDA Rulemaking Notice
The following rulemaking notice has been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.
Emergency Rule Adoption Order (CR-103E)
WSR 25-08-040 for Chapter 388-848 WAC
DDA is adopting new sections of rule on an emergency basis to implement Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill 5440, which directs DSHS to develop a process for connecting individuals who have been found not competent to stand trial due to an intellectual or developmental disability to available wraparound services and supports in community-based settings.
Effective: April 1, 2025
