Rate Increase January 1, 2025
Effective Jan. 1, 2025 the legislatively-approved rate for DDA community residential service providers will increase by 2.5%. This message is intended for providers of:
- Supported Living (including Community Protection)
- Group Training Home
- Group Home
- Companion Home
- Alternative Living
- Staffed Residential Homes
For Supported Living, Group Training Homes and Group Homes, the increase will cover the assessed daily rate with the exception of the Administrative Certification Rate.
Updated rates will be posted to the SL, GTH, and GH rate table.
Please see the attached letters for AL, CH, GCF, CFH, SRH providers.
The 2025 SL, GTH, GH, and SRH rate table will be posted here, before January 1, 2025.
Additional information has been given for changes regarding temporary rate increases.
