You're Invited: Summer Webinar Series to share impacts of House Resolution 1
On July 4, 2025, the president signed into law federal H.R. 1. It impacts programs managed by the Department of Social and Health Services as well as other state social services agencies. H.R. 1 includes changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicaid (called Apple Health in our state), which serve many of our state’s most vulnerable people.
You are invited to attend an H.R. 1 webinar series this summer, which will explain some of these significant changes and how DSHS is implementing them. Each webinar will provide time for questions and answers.

The informational portion of each webinar will be recorded and posted to the DSHS H.R. 1 webpage, which has many resources and is frequently updated.
