Security enhancements coming to ProviderOne August 19
Starting August 19, ProviderOne is introducing a range of new features aimed at bolstering login security and improving functionality for its users. These updates will minimize manual input while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity.
What security features are being added?
The features will be different for users accessing ProviderOne directly and users accessing through OneHealthPort single sign-on. New features include:
- Enhanced security questions
- Increased attempts for answering security questions
- Password change notifications
- Access reminders
- Account termination notifications
- Inactive account management
- Provider portal access notifications
