Dear Facility Instructors,
If you currently offer, or are interested in providing, the full 75-hour Home Care Aide Certification training for your facility caregiving staff, we are excited to announce an informational webinar for you!
The webinar agenda includes a brief presentation on what On-The-Job Training (OJT) is and the requirements to initiate a 75-hour Home Care Aide Certification training at your facility.
OJT allows an approved instructor in an adult family home, assisted living facility, or enhanced services facility to monitor an employee’s performance in completing necessary skills training while working with residents on the job.
