Virtual Office Hours
Virtual office hours will work as an open forum - like a live video conference. Facility and Community Instructors who have questions about their training programs are encouraged to call-in or connect remotely to ask training unit Program Managers questions in real time.
Training Unit Program Managers will host virtual office hours starting Tuesday, April 19, 2022, for Facility Instructors and starting Thursday, April 21, 2022, for Community Instructors.

Please join virtual office hours if you have any training-related questions. Here are some examples of topics we can discuss:
- trainer or instructor approval
- questions about your facilities training program
- on -the -job training, 75-hour certification program (facilities only)
- information or clarification about a training class
- what forms to fill out to apply to be a trainer
- instructor qualifications to train specific classes
- any additional training questions.
