APPOINTMENT REQUIRED


Harborview Medical Center is inviting Deaf and DeafBlind community members to receive the COVID vaccination on Saturday, April 24, 2021.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A HARBORVIEW PATIENT TO GET SCHEDULED.

If you would like to be scheduled, please contact HSDC's Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, deafservices@hsdc.org and 206-452-7967 (Videophone) and provide the following:

1. Full Name

2. Date of Birth

3. Phone Number

You will be contacted by the Harborview Vaccination Clinic who will schedule your vaccination appointment for 4/24/21 between the hours of 8am -4:30pm.

**Registration for this event closes on 4/22/21**

WALK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED -- YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

The Vaccine Clinic is located on the Harborview Campus, behind the Maleng Building: 319 Terry Ave. Seattle, WA  98104

Currently, the Vaccine Clinic has the Pfizer vaccine.
