MDS 3.0, Version 1.18.0 - Webinar Series

This webinar series is free and will include updates to the RAI Manual effective October 1, 2020 and much more!

Registration is open for the first MDS webinar on Thursday, September 24th from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.  The MDS webinar series will consist of seven (7) webinars using Zoom every Thursday at the same time for 6 more weeks.  The initial webinar series will have 35 slots available on a first come first served basis. If you are not one of the first 35, please keep checking back on the registration page linked above. Openings will be listed on that page as they come available.

Remember, each slot can have more than one person listening in the same room.  Please do not have more than two slots per facility.  And only the person who is registered will receive a certificate of completion. 

These webinars focus on new changes to the RAI manual and MDS assessment that are effective October 1, 2020, OBRA stand-alone assessments, PDPM and SNF QRP.

We will also cover the MDS assessment from start to finish including: what the MDS is, what the data is used for, how to assure accuracy, who must have an assessment completed, the resources needed, what forms are used and when, entry and discharge tracking and assessment, interviewing, a section-by-section review of item coding, significant change assessments, the CAA process, and error correction.
