July COLA set at three percent

The July Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) for PERS 2, PERS 3, SERS 2, SERS 3, TRS 2, TRS 3, PSERS 2, WSPRS 1, JRS and LEOFF 2 retirees will be three percent (3%) this year. This COLA applies to the pension benefits of those who retired before July 2, 2011. It will be applied and paid at the end of July.
