Quarter 2, 2025 Update -- Sales Tax Rate Tools
The Quarter 2, 2025, Washington State sales tax rate changes are now available.
On April 1, 2025, the sales tax rate lookup tool, including the map and latitude/longitude search, will include the following changes:
- Sales and use tax within the City of Camas will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Chelan will increase three-tenths (.003) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within Jefferson County will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Kennewick will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within the City of La Center will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Langley will increase two-tenths (.002) of one percent for transportation services and public safety.
- Sales and use tax within Lewis County will increase two-tenth (.002) of one percent for emergency communications systems and facilities.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Longview will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for public safety.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Lynden will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Puyallup will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- Sales and use tax within San Juan County will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for cultural access programs.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Spokane will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for public safety.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Vancouver will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for cultural access programs.
- Sales and use tax within the City of Yarrow Point will increase one-tenth (.001) of one percent for transportation services.
- For sales and use tax within certain areas of Chelan County, Ferry County, Okanogan County, and Okanogan County PTBA new location codes have been created.
- For sales and use tax within certain areas the City of Coulee Dam, City of Moses Lake, City of Nespelem, City of Okanogan, and City of Omak new location codes have been created.
