Interested parties are encouraged to review the CR 102 for WAC 246-70. and provide written comments to the DOH rules comment webpage or Annie.Kause@doh.wa.gov any time before midnight on November 10. We also invite you to come to the public hearing to present your comments verbally if you wish at 11:00 a.m. on November 10th.
Rulemaking Timeline
The CR 102 will expire 180 days after its publication date. The Department must file the CR 103 within this required timeframe to complete the rulemaking process.
