The Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (commission) is accepting applications to fill current and upcoming vacancies. The Governor’s Office and the Department of Health seek diversity in board and commission members. We recognize the value that variety brings in understanding and serving the people of Washington State. We are searching for candidates with diverse backgrounds and those who provide geographic representation throughout the state.
Positions available: public member; pharmacist member; pharmacy technician; and pharmacist member or public member that is an owner, operator, or officer of a pharmacy who is not a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. Two of the positions have additional qualifications:
- Public Member – an individual must be a resident of Washington State and not affiliated with any aspect of pharmacy.
- Pharmacist Member – an individual must be a resident of Washington State and, at the time of their appointment, have been a licensed pharmacist in Washington State for at least five consecutive years immediately preceding the appointment.

Submit your application and a current resumé no later than October 30 at 11:59 p.m. If you applied prior to January 1, 2026, and are still interested in serving, you will need to reapply.
