Follow-up: 246-70 WAC Medical Cannabis Product Compliance Draft Feedback

A sincere thank you to everyone who submitted feedback on the Chapter 246-70 WAC rule language sent on September 29, 2025. We appreciate the time and thought put into your responses; we have received an abundance of input and are now undertaking a careful review and revision of the draft.
Because this rule impacts multiple interested parties, we are committed to finding a balanced approach that considers the needs and concerns of all parties involved.
Next Steps:
Once we have completed our review of all feedback, we will distribute a revised full-draft version via GovDelivery. At that time, we will determine whether an additional workshop is helpful.
