DOH Issues a COVID-19 Vaccine Standing Order and FAQs for the Public and Health Care Providers

On September 4, 2025, the Department of Health (DOH) issued a COVID-19 Vaccine Standing Order along with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for public and health care provider audiences. Please see the standing order and FAQs on DOH's Standing Orders webpage for additional information.

This standing order authorizes health care providers to administer the most updated versions of the COMIRNATY, MNEXSPIKE, SPIKEVAX, and NUVAXOVID COVID-19 vaccines to all persons aged 6 months and older, including pregnant individuals.
