The HELMS credentialing release was going to go live in February. However, the HELMS team adjusted the timeline to ensure an effective transition. The commission anticipates the new go live date will be near the end of April. With that, the commission also anticipates a credentialing freeze prior to that which will likely occur over a weekend and two business days. While the end of April is an estimate, this notice is to encourage licensees to renew personnel and facility credentials early. If your or credential is coming due for renewal, please renew it now to avoid any potential delay due to an April credentialing freeze.
