Subject: Update on HELMS Go-Live Timeline
Dear Valued Partners,
We wanted to take a moment to update you on the implementation of the Healthcare Enforcement and Licensing Management System (HELMS). While we had originally planned for HELMS credentialing to go live on February 19, 2025, we are adjusting that timeline to ensure an effective transition for everyone who relies on our licensing and credentialing services.
We recognize that this change may be frustrating. We are grateful for your efforts to renew your licenses early to avoid the freeze. We also know that some of you have put in extra effort to navigate these changes, and we truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and continued partnership.
Our top priority remains an improved licensing and credentialing experience that supports both our staff and partners like you. While the majority of the system is ready, there are critical pieces of functionality that require additional refinement and validation. We will also use this time to complete additional staff training and practice, supporting a more successful launch.
Again, we appreciate your patience and partnership as we finalize the new go-live date. We will provide updates as soon as we have more details on the revised timeline. In the meantime, our current systems remain fully operational, and we remain committed to supporting your needs without interruption.
