At the business meeting on December 12, 2024, the Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (commission) approved guidance document number G002.1 titled Inspection Requirement for Modifications or Remodels.
G002.1 provides guidance to pharmacies, health care entities, hospital pharmacy associated clinics, wholesalers, and manufacturers that undergo certain modifications or remodels while rulemaking on the topic is ongoing.
